| The 2005 Round
Up Campaign was geared for the sole purpose of bringing visitors to church
in hopes that through the preaching they would be saved. 3 teams were formed
to provide a challenge aspect in the endeavor. The Teens (Outlaws), The
Mens Team, and The Womans Team all competed for the most visitors brought
to church. Throughout the six weeks the competition was fierce and close.
In the end however, it was the Womans Team that one the competition with
the most visitors. Another important note of mention was that the captain
of the losing team had to kiss a slobbering cow along with the heartache
of defeat. This humbling experience fell upon the unfortunate captain of
the Mens Team who with a good heart and spirit, fullfilled his obligation
and smooched a live cow. |
