The public school system of America has sorely failed our children. When the government took prayer and Bible reading out of the public school system it started an avalanche of moral and academic decay. The purpose of Temple Baptist School is to reinstate God in the education process. We have three basic goals in mind:    
             
             
                               
    First: That we as Christians could pass our faith and beliefs on to our young people    
    Second: That we could pass on to our young people the knowledge and wisdom they will need to function successfully in the modern world.    
       
    Third: To separate our young people from the influence of those who do not hold to our beliefs of faith and Christian living.    
       
                         
    The basic concepts of Temple Baptist School are Christian in character. We believe the Bible to be the living Word of God and that it is our duty to teach our young people the precepts of Christian living. The highest gains in knowledge and wisdom will come as we apply Christian principles and live according to the commandments of God.    
       
       
       
                         
We will strive to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to Christian learning. We shall strive to be examples to our young people so that they can look up to us as role models for Christian living. We shall strive to provide a place that is separated from the world and dedicated to the Christian instruction of our young people.
 
       
                               
          We believe that young people should be taught self-discipline, respect for others, respect for property, and honor for elders and positions of authority. Respect for laws, rules and God's commandments are an integral part of a young person's education. Biblical principles of morality and conduct are never sidestepped. Developing Christian values is vital it our school is to successfully educate the young people. The challenges that lie ahead for today's youth require adults whose moral and spiritual values form the basis for their judgments.
